I‘ve created this page because I want to make a difference to the lives of sick kids.

The Good Friday Appeal relies on the support of the community to raise funds to ensure that The Royal Children's Hospital is able to continue to provide world class care to patients and their families. From 2022 to 2023 at The Royal Children's Hospital: 90,260 patients presented to the Emergency Department, 50,345 children and young people were admitted to a ward, 407,563 children and young people attended an outpatient appointment, and 14,963 patients underwent surgery. So please help by giving whatever you are able to this fundraiser and help spread the word by sharing this page with your friends, family and networks. Today I met the man who saved my life as a baby

I’m Charli and I’m a Royal Children’s Butterfly

Wednesday 12th Feb
Our little Charli was born at 28weeks, she spent the start of her life in the Royal Children’s NICU butterfly ward after she suffered a perforated bowel requiring urgent surgery and a stoma at 3 weeks old.

Charli had her stoma for 2months before undergoing a second surgery for her stoma reversal and then coming home just after her original due date.
 
Charli is the most beautiful happy little girl who works through her challenges with the same stubborn fighting spirit she has had since she was born ❤️ 

Without the Children’s she would not be here with us today. Charli and her big brother Riley are fundraising for the Good Friday appeal through this page and also with all profits of their little businesses ideas (sidewalk stalls) being donated
