Where does the money go?

With support from our wonderful community of fundraisers, the Good Friday Appeal can help The Royal Children's Hospital continue to provide world-class care to patients and their families by funding projects in four key areas:

How do I create my own fundraising page?

Click Get Started, Fill in your details and in just a few steps you'll have your own page which you can start sharing amongst your familiy, friends, colleagues and community to raise funds for the Good Friday Appeal.

Don't forget to join your Town so any funds you raise will go towards your Town's total on Good Friday! 

How do I support my Town?

Each Regional Town has been assigned a Fundraising page that can be donated to. You can attach your own fundraising page to a Regional Town so any funds you raise will go towards your Town's total!

Simply Join your Town in Step 3 when registering.

I’m having trouble logging into my account

You can login to your online fundraising from the homepage, click Login in the top right hand corner and enter your email address and password.

I forgot my Username & Password

When logging in, enter your email address and click on ‘Forgot your password?’, we will send you an email with a prompt to reset it.

How do I share my online fundraising page?

Click Login in the top right hand corner of the home page. Once you are logged in, click on your name and select Get Support. Follow the prompts on the page.

How do I edit my page?

Click Login in the top right hand corner of the home page. Once you are logged in, click on your name and select Edit My Page. From here, you can upload a photo by clicking on the photo icon, share your page on Social Media, increase your Fundraising Target and Update your Blog.

How do I find a fundraising page?

You can search for any fundraising page including your Town's page with the "Find a Fundraiser" search functionality located at the top of your screen.

Do you have fundraising tips to help me get started?

Personalise your online Fundraising page by adding a photo and a personal message. Let supporters know why you are fundraising for the Good Friday Appeal.

Share your fundraising page on Social Media and provide regular updates to keep your friends and family engaged and involved.

To fundraise in your workplace, ask if you can share the link to your page on your internal communication channels.

Ask your friends and family to share your fundraising with their network by forwarding the link to your page.

How do I access my personalised QR code?

Your fundraising page will generate a personalised QR code and link which you can share with family, friends and the wider community on your relevant social media platforms. 

Once you are logged in, to access your QR code please click on your name in the top right corner, and select 'Resources' from the toolbar on your page. This will allow you to download your QR code for digital and printable use. 

How do I access my Authority to Fundraise?

Each fundraiser is provided an Authority to Fundraise on behalf of the Good Friday Appeal.

To access tour Letter of Authority, login to your fundraising portal. Once you are logged in, click on your name in the top right hand corner and select 'Letter of Authority'. 

You can view, download and print your Letter of Authority from this page. 

Do you have posters and other resources to help me promote my fundraiser?

On the Good Friday Appeal Fundraising Resources page you have access to free fundraising materials that have been designed to help you promote your fundraiser. 

You can access resources such as Good Friday Appeal logos, fundraising posters, bunting, donation jar labels and social media tiles. 

How do I Bank My Funds?

To bank any funds raised as part of your fundraiser, visit the ‘Bank My Funds ’ page. This button can be found in the navigation bar on the top right of this page. 

Once on the Bank My Funds page, select ‘Bank Funds from my Fundraiser’.

If you have already registered a Good Friday Appeal event, click the relevant button and login to bank your funds. 

If you have not registered your Good Friday Appeal event, click on the relevant button and enter the amount of funds you are donating and click ‘Bank Funds’. This will bank your funds directly to the Good Friday Appeal. 

How do I make an Offline Donation?

Any cash that you collect can be easily added to your fundraising total throughout the campaign. This will ensure that your live tally on the leaderboard is accurate and includes both online and cash donations. 

To make an offline donation of any cash raised as part of your fundraiser, login to your fundraising portal. 

Once you are logged in, click on your name in the top right hand corner and select 'My Donations'.
Then select 'Add Offline Donation' in the middle of the page and follow the prompts. 

Please note: Any offline donations will not appear on your page until they are paid for.
