We're a Pub with Purpose
The Good Friday Appeal relies on the support of the community to raise funds to ensure that The Royal Children's Hospital is able to continue to provide world class care to patients and their families. From 2024 to 2025 at The Royal Children's Hospital: 85,415 patients presented to the Emergency Department, 53,450 children and young people were admitted to a ward, 182,204 children and young people attended an ambulatory appointment, and 15,106 patients underwent surgery. So please help by giving whatever you are able to this fundraiser and help spread the word by sharing this page with your friends, family and networks. Thank you for your generosity, it means a lot!We run a unique event on the Thursday ( Good Friday eve) where we rattle the roof!! For the kids!! Our bar has a tin shed like canopy with gutters and all. We throw our loose change on the roof and it slides down to the gutters (quite a few cheeky notes too I might add ;) and we feel a little bit better every time we do it. We do this over the year and then come together on the Thursday eve and have a night celebrating community with live music, auctions and more... one year we auctioned off an Easter egg for $400. Which all went to RCH.
