I‘ve created this page because I want to make a difference to the lives of sick kids.
This will be our first fundraising running event, to help raise money for charity's in need. What better way to start off our running journey and raise money for the Royal Children’s Hospital- ‘Run for the Kids’. With myself and Belinda's combined km’s, the ‘Run for the Kids’ running event totals to be 19.1kms. The lead up to this even entitles lots of training, commitment, discipline and motivation, therefore contributing to more kms with a pledged TOTAL of 100kms! Your support, whether through a monetary donation or by spreading the word about our fundraiser, will make a significant impact. No contribution is too small, as each one brings us closer to our fundraising goal and, more importantly, closer to improving the lives of children in need. The Good Friday Appeal is a not-for-profit charity that raises money to enable The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne, to provide world class care for sick children and their families. Funds raised goes towards lifesaving equipment and cutting edge technology, innovative research, leadership and education training programs and all important patient and family centred care.
