I have joined The Good Clan for the Good Friday Appeal!

I have joined the Good Clan alongside gamers from across the state to help raise fund for The Royal Children’s Hospital. Funds raised from The Good Clan will support The Royal Children's Hospital Chronic Illness Peer Support Program (ChIPS) and the Melbourne Children’s Campus Mental Health Strategy.

ChIPS Is a vibrant youth program that aims to improve the lives of young people aged 12 to 25 living with a chronic illness.

This is achieved through developing peer networks, social skills and increasing abilities in illness self management and general life skills. ChIPS has been a valuable part of the RCH for nearly 30 years.

Funds raised will also go towards Melbourne Children’s Campus Mental Health Strategy. This stratey will provide high quality, comprehensive mental health care for children and families who need it most.

It is a once in a generation strategy which is committed to ensuring that all children and their families will be able to access high quality, equitable and consistent prevention, and mental health care where and when they need it - helping to sustain and optimise health and wellbeing outcomes for the Victorian community.
