We’ve created this page to allow our community to help donate towards this wonderful cause.

Every year we are reminded on Good Friday of how incredibly lucky we are to have such a wonderful, state of the art Children’s hospital just a couple of hours away. With our little boy Mason, now just turned one, we are so grateful that he is happy and healthy, but know that if something ever happened that within hours he could be provided life saving treatment at this world class hospital. So this year, we will be donating $1 from every pie, pastie or sausage roll sold on Good Friday to the Royal Children’s Hospital appeal, and we ask for you to help join us, and let’s try and double what we donated last year and donate $1000 on behalf of our Bakehouse community. ♥️ Steve, Emily and the Bakehouse team.

I‘ve created this page because I want to make a difference to the lives of sick kids.

The Good Friday Appeal relies on the support of the community to raise funds to ensure that The Royal Children's Hospital is able to continue to provide world class care to patients and their families. From 2022 to 2023 at The Royal Children's Hospital: 90,260 patients presented to the Emergency Department, 50,345 children and young people were admitted to a ward, 407,563 children and young people attended an outpatient appointment, and 14,963 patients underwent surgery.
