• The prize includes two (2) Qatar Airways Business Class return flights departing from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth International Airports to any of Qatar Airways’ European destinations on a Qatar Airways’ operated flight.
• Total prize value is approximately AUD $30,000.
• Prize travel must be redeemed and booked by 31 July 2024.
• Prize travel must be completed by 31 March 2025.
• Once prize ticket is issued, no changes are allowed.
• Prize tickets are inclusive of all relevant taxes and surcharges.
• Seats may not be available during peak seasons, school holidays, public holidays, and are subject to availability. Blackout periods also apply (Outbound from Australia: 31 March – 21 April 2024, 14 June – 14 July 2024, 12 September – 6 October 2024. Inbound to Australia: 7 December 2023 – 4 February 2024, 28 March – 5 May 2024, 27 June – 31 July 2024, 19 September – 20 October 2024, 5 December 2024 – 9 February 2025). Confirmation of flights may not be immediate.
• The winner must provide three preferred travel dates (inbound and outbound) when requesting a booking.
• If the prize winner is located outside of the above listed Australian cities, all travel to and from this location will be at the winner’s own expense.
• The prize travel does not include accommodation, airport transfers, travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, excess baggage, travel tests, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. These will be at the winner’s own expense.
• The winner will not accrue any frequent flyer points on the prize travel., nor will they have access to Premium airport lounges.
• This prize cannot be exchanged for goods or cash, nor can it be sold to any other person, and is non-transferable. This prize cannot be upgraded to a higher class of travel.
• Qatar Airways takes no responsibility for any liability that may result from, or is claimed to have resulted from, the acceptance or use of this prize.
• All documentation and paperwork required for travel, as required by the relevant governments, are the responsibility of the winner and travel companion. Qatar Airways reserves the right to refuse travel if such documentation is not correct or is missing.
