Hi Everyone,

What were you doing when you were 10, 14 (and 50!)? Playing video games? Riding bikes? Eating way too many snacks?

Well, meet my sons, Logan and Hunter, two unstoppable young legends who have set their sights on something truly amazing – walking 50km from St Kilda to Frankson to raise money for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal!

That’s right. 50 KILOMETRES. On foot. No scooters. No bikes. Just two determined kids, some of their school friends, a whole lot of heart, and a mission to make a real difference for sick kids.

Why Are They Doing It?

Because every child deserves world-class care, and the Royal Children's Hospital has been helping sick kids and their families for generations. Our Primary and Secondary schools wanted to find a way to give back, so they wrangled up some kids, laced up their sneakers and set themselves a challenge that most adults would think twice about (and I am, every darn day lol!)

How Can You Help?

Let’s be real – 50km is a LONG way. But the journey is easier with support! You can cheer them on by:

✅ Donating – Every dollar counts! Whether it’s the price of a coffee or a fancy dinner, your support goes directly to helping kids in need.

The first 30kms are o.k, the next 10kms are incredibly challenging and those last 10kms, I literally remembering I felt like I wanted to die but had to keep smiling and encouraging the kids to keep going.

The Big Day

They’ll be hitting the pavement on April 1^st 2025 and we’ll be keeping you updated with their progress on the day, sore feet, blisters (oh god the blisters, like childbirth I had blocked those memories out), snack breaks, maybe even a few dance moves along the way, (and a stop at the pub for a shot for Mum if things start getting tough!).

There will be tears at some points, cheering at others but all in all, it will a really tough day but so rewarding. I will be live streaming on the day at various points.
