Terms and conditions of entry:

1. Eligibility: Good Clan - Aftershock PC Good Friday Appeal random draw (the "Draw") is open only to residents of Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland, Tasmania, Northern Territory,  New South Wales and ACT Australia. 
2. Entry Period: The entry period for the Draw begins at 09:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Friday 1st March 2024, and closes at 11:59 p.m. AEST on Good Friday 29th March 2024 ("Entry Period").

• Number of Entries Permitted: All entrants with a minimum donation of $5 will be considered for the draw, any number of multiple entries is permitted

1. Participation: To enter the Draw, individuals must donate to a Good Clan competitor’s Fundraising page
2. Verification: Proof of residency may be required. 
3. Random Selection: The one lucky winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.

• Draw Date: The draw will be conducted on 11th April 2024

1. Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the Draw, an alternate winner may be selected.
2. Prize: The winner will receive an Aftershock Strawberry Milk PC. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
3. Publicity: By participating in the Draw, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
4. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize.
5. Limitation of Liability: The organisers of the Draw shall not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Draw.
6. Release: By participating in the Draw, participants release the organizers, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to participation in the Draw or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
7. Governing Law: The Draw is governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.
8. Modification or Termination: The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Draw at any time without prior notice, for any reason.
9. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 By entering the Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
